All payments made to Big Box Charities, Inc., including event registrations, ticket purchases, and donations, support charitable initiatives and community programs.

Event registration fees are generally non-refundable. However, refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis if requested within a reasonable time before the event.

If an event is canceled or significantly changed by Big Box Charities, Inc., participants may be offered:

• A refund

• A credit toward a future event

• The option to convert the payment into a donation

• ​

If you are unable to attend an event, your registration may be transferred to another individual with prior notice.
