About the event
Big Box Charities Stomp out Stroke 3k walk is to bring attention and awareness to the cause symptoms and the treatment related to strokes and Hypertension. As you know in the African American Community is more likely to have a stroke than white Americans, and often at younger ages.
Strokes have a disproportionate impact on the African American community, both in how often it happens and how severe the outcomes are. The effect shows up across health, quality of life, and even economic stability
